Positive: Just fabulous, easy to find, perfect location, well appointed, clean and comfortable *****
Negative: The only thing we can fault is how noisy the bathroom light/fan is.

Excellent
Positive: Very spacious and well equiped apartment. Had everything you need and more. Well located for Amtrak station, Civil Rights museum and short walk to Beale Street. Apartment is just off of main street and which has more bars and restaurants.
