Cooles Appartment in Memphis Positive: Die Kommunikation erfolgte online und unproblematisch. Für die Garage, das Gebäude und unser Zimmer bekamen wir einen entsprechenden Zugangscode. Das Zimmer war riesig und unterteilt in ein Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer sowie einem großen Wohn-Küchenbereich. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Kaffeepulver für die Kaffeemaschine wurde gestellt. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befanden sich in der Wohnung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca. 1 km südlich der Beale-Street und kann zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreicht werden. Die Umgebung macht den Eindruck eines ehemaligen gemischten Gewerbe/Wohngebiets, dass allmählich gentrifiziert wird. Das Ufer des Mississippi kann fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreicht werden. Das Civil-Rights Museum liegt in ca. 200 m Entfernung. Wir haben uns in der Umgebung sicher gefühlt. Check in und Check out erfolgten online und problemlos.

Positive: I loved the location. It was very central to a lot of great restaurants and clubs. It was very clean. I absolutely loved the bidet in the bathroom The Frameo in the hallway was very helpful in finding places to go. The free parking was greatly appreciated. Bed was great. It seemed bigger than usual. It may be a California king. Negative: The furnishings were a little austere. I understand that loft aesthetic and l like it but you are big on posh then you need a different experience

A good value property Positive: Spacious and good location Negative: Nothing

Positive: Location and parking was really good. If your car is a high pickup truck etc. your car may not fit inside the garage, but there are hotel parking slots available on the street as well. Negative: AC was keeping rattling noise. And bathroom air ventilation cover needs to be cleaned from dust.
