Quaint place which provided full comfort and all amenities

Great place, but I worry my positive review will make it less available in the future. Ha.
Positive: Nice views, quiet neighborhood, a few blocks from the park and Mississippi River. Clean and spacious.
Negative: No issues, really. Our unit had an apparently broken curtain riser. I think it's supposed to be electric from the look of it, but we had to turn manually. Not a big deal at all (and it only strengthened my forearm... ha ha), but for some elderly folks or small children, it might be more challenging.
