Walk to Museums - Luxe Loft w/ free gated parking (Loft# 106)

Fantastic respite in Memphis Positive: The property was unique - comparing to other available options at the last minute , others were chain hotels with added parking charges and only a room . We got a huge loft apartment including a kitchen and laundry facilities and secure parking included . We were able to do laundry mid point in our trip and shop at the local Aldi and buy fresh food - fruit and vegetables . As I understand it these apartments are all unique in their design - the design is just enough to reflect Memphis without being too little or too much and I was able to feel at home when I cam e back for a rest in the afternoon on the sofa infront of the TV - a respite from the world outside Negative: It is a great option for families and works out much more affordable - there is a pull out sofa which we don’t need but could have used if our daughter was on the trip

Positive: Secure with good parking - very spacious and good facilities Negative: Can be noisy at night- re train and lobby/ other room noise

The best staycation location! Positive: This space looks exactly as it's pictured. There were many things that I enjoyed, but the one I will rave about to my friends is the size of the loft (compared to a hotel that would be more expensive). Negative: Literally, the only thing I found difficult to navigate was parking because I didn't pay attention to the instructions, lol

If you can get past a couple odd issues, this is a great place to stay. Positive: The location is fantastic if you plan on spending time on Beale Street and going to the FedEx Forum. It is clean. Negative: The bedroom is not really a bedroom. There is no door and the walls do not go all the way up. So, it is separated from the rest of the place but it isn't really what I would consider a room. You have to walk through the "bedroom" to get to the bathroom so that is annoying if someone is not sleeping in the bedroom. The sewer pipes from the floor above are exposed and you can hear everything when they are taking a shower or if they flush the toilet. That seems really silly to me.
