Luxury Spacious 2BD in the heart of the Downtown (Loft#302)

I’ll definitely be back! Positive: Perfect location for Beale Street, excellent facilities, very responsive staff. Negative: Nothing.

Great location, great hosts and everything you could need for your stay in Memphis Positive: The location of the property and facilities provided were excellent. Easy parking, access to the gym and great loft style open apartments. We asked for the 3rd (fold out) bed and it turned up in minutes, excellent service. Our hosts were really helpful and polite throughout our stay. About a 15 minute walk to Beale Street and less to some of the food places we wanted to try. Negative: Nothing

Excellent accommodation!! Would definitely stay again! Positive: Excellent!!! Huge spacious apartment with everything you could need in it. We needed extra bedding and it was brought immediately. The staff can’t help enough! Excellent location. Love the underground car park meant the car wasn’t red hot when getting into it. Negative: There is nothing bad I can say about this place but there is a point I do think may come in handy for some people. I booked due to my husband snoring bad and keeps kids awake. The bedroom walls do not go to the ceiling. If you need separate rooms due to noise then I do think is something people need to know.

Positive: This is a large space fully equipped with everything you will need for a short-term stay, including a full kitchen with all the supplies and laundry in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. My favorite part of the unit was the record player, which included records to play, fun! The location is in an excellent historical district, just a block away from trendy restaurants and shops. They provided us with snacks and bottled water, a nice touch. I would stay here again when in the area! Negative: n/a
