Luxury Spacious 2BD in the heart of the Downtown (Loft 202)

good location, good decoration and overall it was comfortable Positive: it was comfortable apart from the couch/bed in the living room it was nicely decorated including record player and records but the guitar was broken it was clean but had poor quality towels but they gave us some better ones the kitchen had useful utensils and the drawers were clearly marked it had secure parking that was included Negative: the sofa bed was uncomfortable

Fabulous place to stay, great location and all the facilities we needed Positive: Great communication with owners, loft comfortable and very clean throughout. Good location, easy to walk everywhere and parking available in the basement. Was able to have a slightly earlier check in which was really helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer, home from home! Negative: A little bit of foot fall noise from the lofts above and either side but it was minimal.

Great accomodation and facilities Positive: Smooth stay, large accomodation and would recommend Negative: Location a few minutes walk from Beale Street through some sketchy streets (not a problem for us)

This place was so comfortable, and in a perfect location. While there was some noise from upstairs due to the thin walls, the overall experience was still peaceful and enjoyable. There was also white noise speakers in the rooms to help you sleep that was amazing! I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to others visiting Memphis!

Great location and excellent hosts. Positive: Excellent location. Near to downtown, Civil Rights Museum, restaurants, Tom Lee Park. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The owners offered suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Secure parking. Negative: There was a gap between the ceiling and wall in the bedrooms. I wasn’t aware the bedroom had no window - perhaps part of being in a loft.
